it is worth the money

i looked this razor up in consumer reports before i got it , it was in the top 5. i am very happy that i have it . i just looked it up again and now it is number 1.

This product is great but needs a travel charger

I travel quite frequently. The only option this shaver has is to pack the awkwardly shaped stand and a power cord. There needs to be some other smaller less bulky charger.
Pros: good shave, wet and dry use, easy to clean
Cons: needs a small travel char

Finally a close shave the likes I have never known

I enjoy a close shave, yet I now realize in retrospect, I never quiet could achieve. This shaver is the first to enable me to get the shave I want. I have used a Phillips Norelco shaver for over a decade so I trusted the quality. The 3D is an extension of more advanced technology on a solid base of its predecessor. It is easy to use and clean and seems to be THE shaver for me.
Pros: handles well
Cons: wish it could run longer between charges

Upgrade from last Norelco product.

Overall it is a good shave. It is better than my last Norelco. Newer blades may be the =reason, but I think a decade of razor techniology may help. It is a pain to clean it EVERY DAY, but the new head does not have as much storage for whiskers. The new model is sleek and the powerwash seems cool.
Pros: cool design and can use wet
Cons: needs constant cleaning

I use this when traveling, it cuts close for an electric razor, very quiet and powerful. For a really close shave, get out the old manual razor.
Pros: handy quiet and shaves close
Cons: $$

I have used a Norelco razor for more than 20 years and recently purchased the 1250. It is amazing how smooth a shave and how clean a shave I get from this new advanced triple header. I love it! It is comfortable to use and handle

In the beginning, the shaves were average at best. After finding the right shaving gel and rinsing the shaving heads in hot water during shaving, I began to get a very comfortable, close, and fast shaving experience. This unit is very easy to clean, quiet, and should hold up under many shaves. The cleaning unit works very nice and the cleaning solution is affordable. The overall design is pleasant and functional. The three independent floating heads and their unique arrangement allows for shaving the contours of the face with little effort. The more I use this shaver, the more I like it.
