Product is lightweight. i.e. cheap materials - terribly underpowered - even with the additional power mode. From time to time it will pull wiskers, not cut them. Compared to older models, the constant need to recharge is a bad compromise. .

Since I bought a 1180X about the same time, and I needed another razor because I do shave my head as well as my face. These two systems together are fantastic. The way that I shave now is completely different from the old way because it alleviates a lot of stress on just the one razor. Shave for a while then shirt to the other razor while putting the active razor in the charger until I think it's time to switch again. Both razors perform admirably !
This is my second shaver in same design. I like the shave but getting it clean is not as easy as one thinks. I have to every 3 days take the head apart to clean off the hair from the blades and then there is a residue on the plastic parts.
I thought this shaver would have given a cleaner shave. I constantly have to go ever certain areas to get what I consider to be a clean shave.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The price is good for this razor. I’ve had many razors over the years and most have been Philips . This razor seems to require more passing over the areas I’m shaving , it could be me having this problem because this is the first time in several years .
