I always shaved with a razor because I have never found an electric razor that didn't pull and hurt when I used it until my wife got me this one. I haven't used a razor since.
Pros: easy to use and charge

The product is very effective despite some of the other reviews I had read prior to purchasing it. I think it holds up well and I typically use it in the shower. I am careful to shut it off prior to rinsing it during my shave. I think the self clean feature it really cool and I always leave it in the charger/cleaner base. I am fortunate to have not handled this product roughly and I have never dropped it to reference its durability, but I am very happy that I bought it.
The only occasional inconvenience is that sometimes the razor will light up at night like a light night and I've only assumed that it's part of the charging/battery maintenance process to preserve battery capacity.
Pick one up for yourself and I doubt you'll regret it if you're someone who takes care of things. Enjoy!

Went to Canada right after I purchased it and forgot to take the charging stand. Was worried that I was going to have to go out and buy another razor. It kept performing each day for two weeks without a charge - great razor. It is so comfortable to use - I love it.

I have used Norelco shavers for many years and have been very pleased. However this product is either no longer available or has correctly been discontinued. I now use a blade and this razor only occassionally.
It is a shame because it actually does shave close and easily when functioning. Just very frustrating to use.

I have used Phillips before and wanted to buy higher end model. This is perfect for me. Lot of fancy features like Jet clean system which I don't care but overall very cool for daily use. Also another great thing about this is it is made in Netherlands.
