love the the way it works

overall it is a very good product, It just misses being excellent when it comes to the neck area, you really have to go over it several times to get the close shave I am looking for.
Pros: close clean shave on face
Cons: not very close on neck
I would recommend this to a friend!

My previous Norelco razor, a 8894 xl, gave a much closer shave.
I've been disappointed with the performance of this razor.

My old Norelco razor was about 30 years old and this is the fiest shave I have had in a long time . keep on designing fine products.

The GyroFlex head gives a much better and easier shave than any other electric razor that I have owned and I usually buy a new model every ear or so. At first I used the shaver dry but now I use a gel shaving cream and it is the best.
Pros: the head really follows my skin contours.
Cons: i wish the charger would plug into the shaver., now i need to bring the stand when i travel.

I have had this razor for a while now. It is a very nice product however I am very disappointed with the performance. I thought I was doing something wrong and re read the instructions twice and watched a demo video online. I have been doing everything correctly but I am having to go over my face again with a regular razor after using this product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
