This product gets the job done

I enjoy using this product, it is easy to use and easier to clean. The jet clean system also does a great job of maintaining the electric razor. My only qualm is that the Jet Clean system seems to become more flimsy over time as the cradle doesn't hold the razor securely.
A plus with this unit is that you don't have to worry about the continued expense of replacement razors as the blade lasts a year and is cheap considering its longevity.
In concluding my thoughts, it is really unfortunate that this set is so expensive considering there is an even better one out that being the sensotouch 3D which i feel should be closer to the price point of this model and having this model at a cheaper price.

Pros: ease of use, easy to clean, long-lasting, cheap replacement heads
Cons: a bit expensive, jet clean system cradle a bit flimsy for the cost, not the sensotouch 3d

Design is good and easily useable. It takes more movement to cut than my old Norelco shaver.
Cons: blades fall out when it is opened for cleaning.

I feel this product needs a redesign!

The biggest issue is the weak design of the shaving head connected to the handle!
I find the head continually disconnects from the handle even when using slight pressure to the face!

The cleaning of the shaving head with a brush is average in removing facial hair.
I have two of these shavers and will not buy another unless there is a new redesign. Getting parts from the Philips website has been a problem. The website needs a redsign and must include shaving head parts, brushes, and other cleaning accessories including carrying pouch.

Product is not "travel friendly". Must take the charging stand when traveling since there is not a "charge remaining light" - no travel pouch to carry the razor. My razor was damaged during travel due to no protection - had to have head cover and cutting blades replaced. Inconvenient charging when it can only be done within the display stand. Should have direct charging as in other models. Head tends to snap off when shaving if pressure is applied, especially when shaving under the chin. This is the sixth Norelco I have owned - cuts better than any of the others, but fails the overall product usability test. I have to carry my previous Norelco on trips because this product is not travel friendly. Come out with a SensoTouch that is travel friendly and can be directly charged without the stand and you may have something.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The SensoTouch was a welcome gift and one I love to use. The shave is always smooth and close and leaves my skin feeling great. I love the easy clean up with water and the electronic cleaning feature. This is a product I will look for again and recommend to others.

Cons: electronic cleaning fluid goes quickley.

This shaver is not only great for self cleaning but ease of maintanence. I really like how close it shaves and how quickly it is does the task
