This product is hard to clean

Difficult to remove razor blades from the housing for daily cleaning.

Unless you really work the area of the sideburns this is an area where the shave is not quite as good.
The dimantle of the shaving head for cleaning could also be easier, especially for someone with authritis and not the most nimble fingers. A different release mechanism (push button type?) would be helpful.

In the two months that I have been using your Philips Shaver I have found that it is very easy to use and gives you a close shave. The only negative point that I have found is that because of the rounded design it is a bit difficult to shave the area close to the ear where the side burn comes to an end.

the razor can be used without looking in the mirror. I look in the mirror only while near the sideburns and under the nose. i have not tried it when wet. water and electric does not mix.

this is one of the closest shaves I've ever gotten and it is not expensive to maintain.
Pros: very easy to use
Cons: norelco needs to open up the heads a little wider

I bought it because I could no longer get replacement heads for the old one. Tried another set of blades obtained online and they were not up to specs. Startup of the new one was a bit difficult - the parts fell out of the package and it took awhile to get the assembly correct. Could use some clearer marking of the fit alignment. But then: Shave quality was excellent from the start. One problem - I broke the head cover putting it back on and so it has a piece missing and will not snap on.
I would recommend this to a friend!
