The best shaver I have ever used. I would have gave it a 5 star on the overall rating except the battery went out on my first unit. But I would give you 10 stars for taking care of it. You replaced my unit at no cost to me and very quickly. I'm happy cause I can still get the close shave I was used to.

good close shaves, but hard to clean and you have to change heacd to trim sideburns.

This razor is light and gives a good shave, but you have to take off the blades to clean it and change the heads to trim sideburns or whatever. Feel is light and good and shaves are close for an electric razor.
Pros: close shaves
Cons: difficult to clean, have to change heads to trim

Everything about this shaver is excellent except for the fact that one must manually remove the entire shaving heads to clean them after each use and that it requires a recharging stand, i.e. one cannot plug electrical cord for recharging directly into it. Otherwise it quiet, stylish and provides a very close shave rapidly, better than any other electric shaver I've used before.
Pros: excellent shave, silent
Cons: entire head must be detached for cleaning

The very best electric shaver I've ever used!

I have been using electric shavers for over 50 years. I was involved in a serious automobile accident resulting in extensive facial surgery, some of which left permanent scar tissue. It was just about impossible to use my safety razor without knicking myself. In desperation I purchased an electric shaver. That was the end of the knicking and bleeding.
Norelco became my shaver of choice about 25 years ago. When Norelco was acquired by Philips, I was apprehensive when I bought my first Philips Norelco. Each model has improved and I don't even consider other brands. My wet and dry is the best ever.
Pros: ease of cleaning.
Cons: none.

I got my Razor a fwe weeks ago and I have to say I love it. I really like the tripod swivel heads and the way they rotate around my neck and chin areas. Good clean shave in just a few seconds. Exactly why I buy an electric razor.

Very close shave and very quite operation, easy to clean, I like to use it for a wet shave. I have used a safey razor for years and I like the this shave better.
