Very Good for Electric Razor

I have had a number of electric razors. This present one is probably the best but still does not shave as close as a straight razor.

The last Norelco shaver I had for over 40 years. The battery went dead. There so many models to choose from. I thought I picked a good one. It will not shave close (I have a very light beard groth)

Poor quality

After 2 months it started separating, letting water into the body of the unit. I have been using Norelco razors for 50 years and I would have to say that the quality has gone way down the past 10 years. The shaves have gotten worse as they come up with new designs. When this dies, I will switch to Braun. Good customer support though.
Pros: looks nice
Cons: great customer service

High priced for such a lousy shave, I spend twice as much time with your razor compared to a blade with unsatisfactory results.
The stand is about as cheap as it could be, pretty close to useless I would prefer to plug directly into the razor than try to perform the balancing act with the P.O.S stand

This razor is a disaster. First you have to change the head to use a trimmer. It is difficult to take aprt to clean and more difficult to put back together. If you press to hard whil;e shaving the head will pop off. After a month I ordered a traditional Norelco for 1/2 the price and it works like a gem.
Pros: none none oh wait it does look pretty

Cost vs Performance

I have been a user of Norelco shavers for over 50 years and this model is the poorest performer of all. The unit is expensive and just doesn't provide a decent shave. It takes me twice as long compared to the lower cost model. Having to remove the shaver head and attach the trimmer is the worst design possible. Overall, poor performance, extremely high cost, and poor design. I will be sending my previous model to Norelco to have the hinge replaced and I will use that model.
