I had a Phillips shaver for 12 years and was still going strong until I dropped it.Ifound the shape of my new shaver awkward to hold when shaving but it gave a pretty decent shave.My main complaint is that after giving the shaver a full charge I only get 40/45 minutes shaving time. Not near as good as my old one.

All electric razors I ever used were useless against my wire like beard, my beard would tear them up in a month. I then tried Norelco and fell in love with it. This new 6500 is even better than all the older Norelcos I have used. Shaves closer, better balanced, easier to clean....best razor I have ever had owned!

Product does not last and breaks down much sooner than any other model or make I have owned.
Cons: doesn't provide a close shave, has broken twice, warranty processing is slower than molasses

i almost immediately had to buy a new shaving head as one of the green rotary guides fell of and went down the drain. Philips should either engineer them better or warn consumers not to clean them with an open drain.
Pros: shaves close
Cons: see above, you should be able to charge without the holder

Love the design for cleaning the heads. Just snap off and wash. Great. Give a good close shave and easy to use. Don't have to recharge the batteries very often.
Pros: easy cleanup, long lasting battery
Cons: none at present
