This is the best razor that I've ever used.

I've been using electric razors for 30+ years and this is the best one that I've ever used. I get a very close shave and it is extremely comfortable. The razor is easy to clean and charges quickly. I would definitely recommend this product.
Pros: great performance
Cons: expensive

Not What I hoped for.

This is my third Norelco shaver in 10 years. My previous one was a Norelco Speed XL which gave a smooth close shave. I only bought a new one because the drive gogs were becoming a little worn after 5 years of everyday use.
I thought I would try the Senso Touch because of the flexible head system. That is a good feature but the close shave is gone and it takes at least 5 more minutes to shave each morning in order to achieve the same shave I got with the Speed XL.
I am very disappointed and if there is a way to exchange this shaver for a Speed XL I'd be happy to spend the extra money.

I've used Norelco shavers for decades, and I have been constantly pleased with their performance. My new 1160X is an exception --- it does not shave smoothly, leaving skin irritation that I've never previously experienced in a Norelco. Despite this, it doesn't seem to work as effectively as previous models, in that it takes longer to remove the same amount of facial hair. If my previous Norelco hadn't broken, I would resume using it. One positive with the new shaver is the ease of use of its recharging stand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I'm really disappointed. I've used Norelco products most of my adult life and this doesn't even begin to compare with previous Norelcos. And, it wasn't cheap.
