Great for sensitive facial skin guys.

I have very sensitive facial skin. Unlike past electric shavers that I owned this one does not irritate my face. Also it gets into and over boney cheek areas and my neck.
The downside is that I find it difficult to pop off the (3) heads for cleaning. They sometimes come all apart and I have to fumble with the pcs to get it back together.
The charging stand is cool and functional.
I hope it is all made in the USA.

Have used a Phillips electric razor for over 40 years. This one is not of the same quality or performance as my previous razors. The blades are terrible, do not cut well and material is bad. Razor itself is not of the quality that I would expect from Phillips.
Cons: poor quality

I find the rinse feature to clean to be lacking. I gave it a take apart cleaning and the inside was like mud. Also I find it difficult to get a close shave in the neck area.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have been using a Norelco razor for 40 years and by far this the best one ever. It reaches diffficult area on the first pass. Cut shaving time in half.

Received a Norelco shave as high school grad present. Very irritating cause I have have a beard. The new 9700 is a joy to use. Close shave and not irritating. After using a blade 47 years, Norelco hit a homerun. Could not be more pleased with the product.
