I really like the design of the new shaver. It really fits in my hand easily and it really gives a close but comfortable shave.

This is my 4th Norelco razor. Each one has been better than the old one till now. My old Spectra 8831XL gives a more confortable and closer shave than the new Sensotouch. Sorry, but I think you have
lost your quality here. I would recommmend my old razor as better than the new one.

Over-all very pleased with the product

The only problem with the razor i found was with the travel guard. I've had to glue the two wings back to the main body of the cover because they snapped off with very like pressure. Other than that, I really like the new design and how it cuts..

Poor cuting

Can not get a close shave without using a lot of my time. I tighten the skin, cut in small circular motions and still takes forever.
It has great feel to it and cleans up great.
I even put new cutter heads in it.

Shaving Head difficult to clean and assemble

While cleaning the head by the instructions, the keeper for the heads came loose and the heads fell out. I was unable to reinstall the heads. Not an easy thing to do. I finally give up and put the razor aside and when back to a regular blade razor. Poor design for the shaving head.
Pros: good razor when it works

I have used your razor for most of my life. I am 75. I couldn't find blades for my old one, so I bought the new 1160. You sure have improved it. It's easier to clean and runs so much quieter more smoother shave, and still fits your hand. I have used your liquid cleaner with a pill bottle lid to keep the old one running clean. Where do I find the holder for the one I have ?? Thank you so much for something new .......
