Not up to your standards

My old model 6701x gives a closer shave than my new model.
I do like the design and the floating heads, they do not chaff as much as my older model.
Pros: shaves smoothly
Cons: not a close shave

The Norelco 1160X does an excellent job of shaving. The shaving heads are easy to clean. The shaving head replacement is a reasonable cost. This shaver requires that the shaver head be removed to attached the trimmer. The battery life is good.
Pros: low cost shaver heads, clean shaves, good battery life
Cons: no pop-up trimmer

Too hard to get replacement parts

Original shaving head fell off and broke. the replacement ordered online for the Philips/Norelco website doesn't fit the razor.

There are many shaves between charges. You can go on vacation for a week and not take your charger with you.

This product gives a close shave without pulling hairs. It gives you around 70 shaves before recharging and is easy to clean just by running hot water over the heads. It runs quiet and can use with shaving lather or dry face.
