Much improved over the Norelco electric razor I got in 1996.

I w23as amazed at the difference between this electric razor and my previous one. Smoother, more effective, shave; easier to clean; better batteries. A 100% percent improvement over my previous razor and far more comfortable than using blades.

My problem is the wiskers on my neck are not cut very good. They are long and I need to shave my neck with a saftey razor.. I have tried to shave my neck in a circular motion different directions. It does a okay job on the wiskers on my face. I use plenty of electric pre shave. I put my shaver in your cleaner and charge 3 times a week. I change the cleaner fluid once a week.

It's everything I expected from Norelco. I've always used Norelco and I've always been satisfied
Pros: cuts clean
Cons: doesn't cut close to my beard

Excellent for needed fast shave

I like the product,however I expected a much closer shave
The stand needs to be better secured- falls over easily
Washing with warm water not satisfactory- alcohol and oil base needed
