Good but not great shave.

The shaver was a replacement for another Philips (Norelco) that just needed a battery to be replaced. The shave is just okay, not great.
The lights don't really work so I don't know until the very end when to recharge it. The shaver's cover broke the first week I used it, so I am using an old cover that doesn't really fit. The 2D gives a smooth shave, it is easy to use, but it's not up to par with the older Philips Norelcos I've had in the past.

It's my first electric razor, so I followed the guide lines of using it exclusively for three weeks and not using a razor blade. I must say I have noticed my shaves getting closer every week. Love it, now I need to get the 3D and see how much better it is than the 2D. I will keep you posted.
Pros: works in shower, very close shve

Best razor I have ever had and I'm 65 years old. It is easy to clean and stays charged a very long time. It gives me a clean shave every time and the trimmer works very well too.
