I love my Phillips Norelco electric razor.

I love the razor, but I have not used the trimmer. I still use a disposable safety razor for that.

I owned a less sophisticated version that worked fine. This razor failed to shave immediately below the nose and the trimmer was awkward to use (separate attachment) and too big to be effective under the nose. I also did not like the inability to travel with a charger - my prior version had a special pod for this. On the plus side, it was quiet, held a charge and easy to use (other than bothering with the separate trimmer).
Pros: good battery life, quiet
Cons: does not shave tight spots like under the nose, no travel charger, awkward separate trimmer
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very nice design, easy to use and clean. Very good overall, yet performance of this razor is not that good as the 3D system, which is the best so far. That is why I gave it only 4 stars for Performance category.
Pros: design, easy to clean, battery life & strength
Cons: not 100% close shave

I have owned many razors both regular and electric. This is the first electric razor that gives a decent shave both face and head. Good design and easy to hold and use.

The razor is easy to use, and the way it is made it fit's in my hand quite comfortably. The shave is close and comfortable.

The feature and performance is great. The "floating head keep a close contact with my skin and contour of my face.
To clean the shave head is quit easy. However to change to the trim head is a little difficult.

I haven't used the special cleaning device yet, but I find this model to be easier to clean on a daily basis and easier to clean with water on a weekly basis. Now that I am used to a separate attachment for sideburns I like that too. I also find the new design easier to handle. I have used a Norelco shaver for many years and this model is a good improvement.
I would recommend this to a friend!
