Best shave yet

Have been using a Norelco razor for more than 40 years (actually I have owned six or seven different models). Although I am not too wild about the balance of the new model, it is the best shave yet.
Had problems with the heads breaking.
Pros: great shave
Cons: hard to open to clean heads
I would recommend this to a friend!

The product is great and it shaves well. The only problem is the construction of the plastic protective cover. Within 7 to 10 Days it broke. Providing replacement shaver cutters with the origional purchase is a great idea.
Pros: cleaning w/o getting water into the razor is great
Cons: poor design of plastic protective cover

Light weight and easy to get a good shave.

The SensoTouch electric razor 1160X is light weight and glides effortlessly across the face to give an excellent shave. When not in use it rests in its stand that also serves as a recharger. My previously owned Norelco razors have a built in trimmer. This model requires removal of the head to mount the trimmer due to the flexibility of the head to make better contact with the face. So far this has not been a problem, but may be an inconvenience to someone that has to use the trimmer daily.
Pros: light weight, excellent balance, shaves effortlessly
Cons: must replace the head with the trimmer

Cheap Travel Guard

This design has always been my favorite..The travel guard or head protector call it what you will is of low quality. The wings that hold it on are very brittle. The first one broke the first day so I returned it and picked up another. It lasted two weeks and now its broken. This design is ok, but the material needs to be more resiluant. I hate to keep returning a perfectly good razor just because of this problem. I notice by the reviews that I'm not the only one with this problem.

The sideburn trimmer was attached to my previous shaver. On this new one, it is a separate attachment. I don't like that. Other than that, it is okay.
