The London cabin is an iconic picture for every traveler. I couldn't miss this opportunity. Looks beautiful in my house. Amazing colors and has a light inside. It's a must!! Don't hesitate about it.

Fun build

I started in on Legos during the pandemic as a way to keep my mind functioning and to alleviate some of the boredom. This is my 3 medium sized build (I have 4 smaller, 2 medium and 4 large sized builds waiting for me). I've been to London twice and seeing this Telephone Box, brought back memories. I put it together over the course of 4 nights, about 2 hours each night. My only complaint is with the phone book, which kept falling out of the slot. I solved that by using a small strip of mounting putty. Notre Dame is next!!

Love the look of the phone booth! The light pole and fence are quite fragile though and you really cant lean your cell phone on the fence without it bending over.

I thought this was a charming subject and well-executed in lego. It's my first build in decades. I built it as an iPhone holder / Zoom background piece.
I found the instructions easy to follow and would be tempted to do more kits in the future.

Love the iconic look. But as I have found with most of the ideas sets; they are a fairly easy to build. Do love the look of it. And it is a pleasure not having to scrape around or write Legos for pieces that were shorted as it came with all the pieces. I would recommend this as an addition to an older builder. As we know what a phone booth was 😉

Bought this as a souvenir from my trip to London, wonderful set and so colorful! Was so much fun to build… I’m 53 years old and enjoyed making this set like I was a kid again.

Disappointing base

I love the phone booth, but this would have been so much with a bigger base plate. Having to connect multiple small plates has left the lamp side wobbly and it absolutely will not lay flat on any hard surface. It’s warped in an upwards direction at the front corner. Really disappointing to find out at the end of a build.
