Breaks when transforming

After completing the build, I tried numerous times to transform it into the car version but it kept breaking at the waist no matter how many times I put it back together. Very disappointing for an expensive set that I was really looking forward to.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Falls part easily

So hard to transform without everything falling off. Arms, legs, everything falls off.
Missing 4 pieces when building.
Easy to put together and follow instructions. But i feel like even if you look at it something falls off.

Not a toy to play with

We are disappointed with this one... as my son likes to play with the models. They are not meant to be just built and then sit on some self...
The truck version is fine, but the bot itself has a major issue with insufficient support for the middle part. The upper part and bottom part of the figure disconnect all the time when we try to play with it.
The same mechanism is used for models that carry less weight like Lego 71738 and it works. But this model is just too heavy for a solution like this 🤷♀️
We are really sorry to see that Lego is building models only to be built and displayed, not to be really played with 😥

My dad got this for me as a gift, which was something I had always wanted for a while now. Although it took a while to build him, it was worth it. He's so massive and full of detail.
The only problem is that he's a bit fragile and pieces can easily fall off, but overall that is overshadowed by the fact that HE CAN TRANSFORM.
It takes a bit of getting used to, but once you know how to do it, it becomes easy as pie.

It’s a Cool Figure but not fun to play with

Like in the title if you’re buying this to just put it on a shelf this is definitely for you but if you’re like me and like to play with them from time to time this isn’t for you. This Lego breaks apart from every direction from his hips to his chest this figure is just not fun to play with. Half of the time you’re just putting it back together. And I know people will say just super glue it but I’m not a big supergluer, but for this figure I will have to super glue these parts together, for it to actually stay together.
I would recommend this to a friend!
