About that plastic

Some of the plastic feel cheap. Holes are not aligned. And the box feel thin compared to other Lego box.

I wrote to LEGO couple years ago if they would have a transformers LEGO and they said NO! Won’t get into details why, but here we are now with Optimus Lego! Overall I think price and build is fair. Got to understand when they partner with another company they must get a fair share. Design and execution looks great and I want to thank the creators behind it! Now Gundam needs to partner up with Lego!

buy this set if you are a G1 fan

I've always been a super big fan of the G1 Transformers cartoon and this set meets and exceeds any expectations I had of lego and transformers colliding. Definitely worth the price as well having over 1500 pieces and being able to transform it without removing any pieces.

While the price is a bit high every penny is worth it. It is on of the greatest Lego sets ever and I can not recommend it enough!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
