I purchased this faucet from Lowes Knoxville 8-29-2017. After removing the old faucet we opened the sealed up box did not find any instructions, warranty information, or maintenance information. The install was fairly easy without the instructions. However the supply lines were too short. We had to make a trip back to Lowes and spend another $25.26 for additional fittings in order to attach the faucet to the cutoff valves. The clerk at Lowes knew the fittings we needed because the short supply lines is a very common problem.
I called your 800 number and the clerk said she would send the papers that were missing. When I complained about the short lines I did not a reply.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for the rating of our product. We apologize for the inconvenience that you experienced. All of our Kitchen faucets come with standard length, size lines but sometimes a particular homeowners water supply stops do require them to purchase an extension. If you ever need any further assistance please contact our Customer Care Tech Team at 800-442-1902. Sincerely, American Standard Customer Care Tech Team
I'm a licensed plumber, and this is the worst design I've ever seen for a faucet. The braided stainless steel connections do not swivel, causing the supplies to pinch shut. This is especially a problem when trying to make the connection at the top (under the sink) bc it causes the supply to twist inside the faucet itself. Several people have complained about low flow, and this is exactly what is causing the problem. Absolute, complete, total piece of junk.
I bought this about three years ago, looks great but the pull out handle hose needs to be replaced yet again. The customer service people are great although the first time I ordered a replacement it took over 8 weeks to get a replacement and the wrong finish was shipped, I called again and the correct one arrived a few weeks later. This was earlier this summer, then tonight I see water under the sink and the cabinet wood is now a rippled mess. The same problem occurred with the replacement faucet hose, leaking like a sprinkler from where the hose meets the faucet head. Very disappointed in the quality.
Bought this faucet about a year ago, flow restrictor is very bad, I have a trickle of water that takes minutes to fill a pitcher or clean the sink. I finally am so frustrated with this performance that I am going to replace. Don't buy this unless you like standing at sink waiting.
Had the faucet installed by a plumber 2 years ago. I was quite happy with it until I pulled out the faucet and the faucet head remained in my hand, and the hose stayed with the sink. Since AS offers a lifetime warranty, I called and a replacement head and hose arrived 3 weeks later. I thought I would be able to hook it up myself and save another plumber's fee but it looks like the replacement hose is not as long as what is currently under the sink. If I have to pay for another installation, I am going to buy another brand faucet that has a better reputation for durability.
We bought 2 of these for out kitchen to replace 19 year old faucets...and one jammed after 9 months (wouldn't turn both ways). Now, after 16 months, one of them is completely broken, leaking water all along the plastic hose. Won't waste money on these again--no wonder they're discontinued at Lowes.
