Upon completion, I really like the functionality of this faucet. My only complaint is that is that for the do it yourselfers like me, there should be simple written instructions with the pictures

I purchased the faucet 4 years ago and it still looks new. The quality is excellent and the finish stands up to the heavy usage at my house. I noticed a leak at the base of the counter top and contacted American Standard, the customer service people were outstanding and sent me a new ceramic valve. I installed the new valve in 15 minutes and returned to normal usage. I would definitely purchase another American Standard product with a lifetime warranty.
