I love it but I do notice that sometimes the on light goes out ( not after the time limit) and I have to plug it in again, turn on off button a few times. That’s why 4 stars. Hope it lasts since I do love the iron.

My flat irons cut off

Randomly power off, and I don’t think I’m getting g even heat distribution from the plates.when I curl the hair , some pieces are straight and sleek, but some pieces look untouched. Perfect size plates for my fine hair. Temp control allows me to control just how much heat I put on my hair. Last time I purchased, however, flat iron came with a nice travel bag that had a heat resistant pad that I could use to place flat iron on while I was using it. This one did not.
