wish it was a digital display. other than that this iron is absolutely amazing. i have several and this is my go to for BBO and keratin. never pulls the hair and gets super close to the root. perfect for curling hair as well.

Cannot use

This literally yanked my hair out. Couldn’t get it to glide through the hair without ripping strands out left and right. So painful to use, and I couldn’t get good results because I couldn’t press down on the plates due to the aforementioned hair pulling.

I am all natural and this has been the best flatiron for my hair so far. It has helped reduce hair frizz and had not caused any heat damage.
