Great luggage. Everytime I've had an issue, which is rare, the local repair takes care of it for free as a part of the lifetime warranty. That is important for a professional business traveler like myself. I now have 2 of these bags and doubt whether I'll ever buy anything else.

Zipper Quality Control not what I expected

Took a first trip with this to Italy and one of the zippers broke off right away, if I hadn't closed it with the zippers all to one side then my luggage would have spilled everywhere. Unacceptable for this price point.

I’m basing this review on my previous Travelpro suitcases…the medium and carry on. They are great, made well, nice to maneuver, and hold up well. Only slight difficulty is that they tend to roll away from you went placed down and not held onto. However, I occasionally need more room and purchased the large. Haven’t used it yet, but can’t wait to, I’m sure it will suit me perfectly.

This bag does all it is advertised to to, be warned, the bag itself is heavy and it is easy to load a bag this size to the point of being extremely challenging to lift and to the overweight level on domestic flights.

I have the small version of this bag and absolutely love it. I am returning this bag due to its extravagant size but have purchased the next size down.
