Great value carry on

I've only traveled once with this suitcase, but I'm very pleased so far. I love all of the pockets, which is great for organization. And, I loved having the battery pocket. In fact, I was asked at the gate to check my bag and they asked me if I had any batteries -- locating and removing the battery was a cinch! So far, it's a really great carry on bag.

Seems to be made really well. My case was just as ordered and arrived on time. Materials look to be top notch and the case is thoughtfully laid out. Haven’t travelled with it yet but I expect years of service.

The width is much less than stated in the description. I returned the piece since it was smaller than I expected. Love my older piece which is 21x14.5. This new one was only 21x13

Removed hanger for wardrober and

Removed hanger for wardrober and changed it from original side like it was in the two wheeler bag that zippered into his own compartment, much better now is not as functional! Do not find it as easy for packing,should have left the same as in the two wheeler. Bought the bag expecting the same interior design very disappointed when I got this bag, may be returning it.

Telescope handles won’t fully extend

Disappointing. The bag looks great and seemingly is best in class - until you’ve packed it and tried to extend the telescope handles fully. When packed (both tightly, and then adjusted with less) the handles will not fully extend. As a notorious over-packer, this won’t work for me. Sadly returning it.
