Best Carry On I have ever owned

I travel 180 days a year and this is the best carry-on bag I have ever owned. I have owned a lot of travelpro bags, and I really appreciate the tremendous value I get when I buy one of their products. If you travel less frequently and are looking to save money, some of their lighter bags like the Maxlite carry on (which I also own) may be right for you. If you are looking for top quality and durable materials then the platinum elite is a great choice.

Great bag, bad shipping methods

The bag is terrific. Just bought a second one. But I do resent that I need to download Shop to track my shipment. I did this with you once before and got flooded with spam. Why can't you just give me a carrier link like everyone else does??

Seems perfect at first . . . until you try out the expansion feature

This suitcase is outstanding in every way . . . except ONE! Yes, it is expandable, but for some reason only a fool could understand, the expansion zipper only goes around about 2/3 of the suitcase, meaning on one side of the case, you get 2 inches of expansion, on the opposite end, it doesn't expand at all, and in the middle you get less than an inch. Makes no sense at all, and I have used many brands of suitcases, never seen such a foolish design. That was completely unacceptable to me, so I returned the product. Fortunately, if you buy direct from them, they take care of shipping and it is an easy return. If they every fix this obvious design flaw, I would then buy it.

Outstanding Luggage; worth the price!

This is a fabulous suitcase. I had already purchased one carry and 2 large Traveler Platinum pieces of luggage. We are in our late 60s and really appreciate how easily the luggage rolls! It has stood up well to rough airline handling.
