Seems to be made really well. My case was just as ordered and arrived on time. Materials look to be top notch and the case is thoughtfully laid out. Haven’t travelled with it yet but I expect years of service.

Got this as a gift for my partner. He is an airline mechanic, and wanted to be like the cool flight crew people we see when we’re luggage watching at the airport (my new favorite pass time). So far, he enjoys the luggage. But I don’t know who loves it more. For heavens sake, I’m so happy he’s graduated from that bulky, overgrown carry on backpack. We are moving on up!!! (Will update in the future)

My one complaint is the telescoping handle seems flimsy. The connections could be tighter and not have movement which is annoying when you are walking far distances.
