Very disappointing. I had first

Very disappointing. I had first purchased the roll aboard. And was hoping for a spinner that was the same size. Based on the website description and dimensions, it appeared the spinner was supposed to be the same size as the rollaboard. But it was actually 1-2 inches narrower. My clothes could not fit without wrinkling. So I have to return it. I really wanted this to be my perfect carryon.

Initially we loved it - until we actually traveled with it. First trip, got home and one of the zippers on it was missing. That was very alarming considering the amount of money we paid for it. We were shocked since we’d never had this happen with luggage we’d bought in the past that was a fraction of the cost. Thankful for the warranty at least

It appears to be very good quality. The green looks very nice. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because I had to work at getting it to roll straight with all four wheels on the ground. It was exhausting so I just pulled it.

I haven’t traveled with it yet but just going by how it’s built and the features, I think it will work out great. I will be testing it out this June though. I’m going to try to only use a carry-on for our 3 week trip later this year. Got the red color which is nice.
