Well constructed and functional!

High quality construction! I was repeatedly surprised by how much I could fit in it, and I love the the outer zipper pocket which can fit a laptop/books/papers to easily grab when I don't want to bring a computer bag. Wheels are smooth and easy to manage.

Small, lightweight and surprisingly capacious.

Small, lightweight and surprisingly capacious. Its maiden voyage was a recent two-week trip to France. Between this luggage and a backpack, I carried on for my flights and had room enough for souvenirs for the return trip.

We purchased 2 of these suitcases and they work okay.
We presently are traveling in Europe and using the suitcases.
The problem is that after the suitcases are packed, the handle does not move up all the way. This is problematic when one is rolling the suitcases and the handle is halfway up.
We have had Briggs and Riley suitcases and they did not have this problem. We thought we would try Travelpro because we heard they were good. But we are disappointed with these suitcases and would like to return them when we return from traveling.

Lightweight & Stylish

My husband has been envious of my old Travel Pro spinner for years. Finally had an opportunity to get him one of his own and he’s thrilled with it. Relatively lightweight, great compartments and excellent design. I was concerned the black would be ubiquitous, but it’s totally not. The chrome hardware and stitching details make the bag look twice as expensive and stand apart from other black bags. Too bad my 15+ year old TP spinner is still going strong so there’s no excuse to get myself one of these too!

I purchased this carry-on to replace a hard-sided piece that was just not working for me. The Travelpro was honestly a breath of fresh air compared to my old one. It moves effortlessly, packs easily, and the outer pockets are so easy to access. We dragged it around Paris and Portugal on all forms of transportation, and I would highly recommend it! My husband wants to take it for his next business trip and use the suit bag that this model includes.

Returning: Solid feature set, but low capacity and wheel alignment is off

I like all of the features, but the capacity is much lower than expected. It is rated at 46L expanded, but it barely could fit more than my Eagle Creek Tarmac International Carry-On, which is rated at 37L expanded. Maybe one extra thick sweater. The wheels don’t hold a straight line. Also, the clear toiletry bag and the suit bag are nice, but if you’re trying to stuff this bag, they get in the way. Otherwise a solid feature set, and for people who pack lighter, probably ok. I will be returning, as it’s too expensive and doesn’t provide more capacity.
