I use this for the very first time and the handle wouldn’t even come up all the way and I spent a lot of money on this bag. It’s ridiculous. I wouldn’t buy it.

The Elite is not specifically for the elite. It is a well suited and constructed bag for anyone wanting the best. Throw down a few bucks and travel with confidence.

I bought it because I thought it would be great for my computer and for charging my devices but I can't leave the computer and power bank in the bag because of temperature restrictions. I do like the design of the utility containers inside the suitcase as well as the look of the suitcase so I have mixed feelings about it and I'm still getting used to it and figuring out how to best utilize it.

This is my third Platinum Elite (other two are still going strong!) bag. I love the way this opens--like a chest with a lid--which makes it easier to pack and also useful on hotel luggage racks. The bag is thoughtfully designed with pockets, handles and straps in all the right places and I like that the extras are removable as needed. It rolls like a dream. I look forward to using this bag for years! Thanks for making such a great quality product.

I returned the product. With 4 wheels I lost more space than I was used to and couldn't fit my normal amount of clothes in this suitcase. Instead, I bought an Aviator Rollerboard with 2 wheels. Hasn't arrived yet to know if this one will work .

I have always been a Samsonite guy. I asked a couple of flight attendants for luggage recommendations and they said Travelpro. I have used my a couple of time and can't believe how easily it rolls. I can tap it while fulling back and it practically rolls itself.
