The quality and attention to detail are obvious. I find it easier to pull on two than four wheels. Each of us will probably find a different way to maximize the benefits of this bag.

To be transparent, I returned my luggage because I found out soft luggage is not for me, but here's why I rate them 4 stars:
1. Customer service is excellent, no hassle return policy. This is a must, because the luggage industry is very competitive
2. Luggage was high quality, wheels glided smoothly, handles felt solid, well thought of

I might not have bought this time but will I recommend Travel Pro when friends/family look for soft luggage? YES!

Couldn't find this quality of a bag at local retail stores so was glad to see the quality when it showed up. Good space inside and plenty of pockets for separation during packing.

Who knew luggage could be so good looking? LOVED the looks of this bag. The wheels are amazing! I had to literally SPRINT through Salt Lake City airport to make a connection, and this flew along with me, without a single hitch or wobble.
The only drawback I found - it was very difficult to get in and out of the smaller overhead bins on the smaller domestic jets when it was packed full. For this reason I returned for the hard-sided version. (I also realized I liked the 2 sided packing you can do with the hard side—personal preference)

Absolutely what I expected from high end luggage, can’t think of what else you may need. Will explore possible add ons for additional clothing within (t-shirts, shorts, etc). We are overall very pleased with purchase. One very small thought, the wheels are so good, will easily roll away on any small grade, could you look to add some sort of quick wheel brake/lock?
