Disappointed with the quality

I’ve been a loyal Travelpro customer for years—I’ve purchased six of their roller board bags in the last four years, and until now, I’ve never had an issue. Unfortunately, this special edition color of the Elite Carrier Spinner has been a big letdown.
I’ve only used this bag twice, and already the extension handle won’t fully extend. For a premium-priced piece of luggage, I expected much better quality and durability, especially from a brand with such a strong reputation.
It’s frustrating because my other Travelpro bags have held up great. I really wanted to love this one, but I can’t recommend it based on my experience.

Only one flaw - the flared handle

Bag has served me well on both a short domestic and long foreign trip.
The only problem is with the telescoping handle, the handle has an unnecessary flare at the top, making it a struggle to get another bag with a slip on pocket onto and off of the Travelpro.

Replacing … another Travelpro

I’ve been using a Travelpro rollaboard for 15 years. I couldn’t justify replacing it because despite being used on countless journeys, long and short, far and wide, my old Travelpro was still in excellent condition. But now seeing my new rollaboard, I’m glad I did. The new one has so many nice little refinements. Clearly Travelpro has learned a thing or two or ten in the intervening years about what makes for a perfect rollaboard. Incidentally, my wife bought the carry-on spinner in the Intrigue color scheme and she’s thrilled with hers.

Needs repair already

I just used the carryon on my FIRST trip and the handle is malfunctioning. I often can not get it to release to go up, which then defeats the purpose of rolling it if I have to carry it.
Please tell me where I can get this replaced or repaired. I have another trip in 3 weeks

Great wheels but quality issues

I love the ease of spinning but after only two trips the handle gets stuck and won’t extend and the mesh is coming apart on the inside cover that clips over your packing items. I am returning.
