Great bag! Light and built to last

This smooth-rolling carry-on is a breeze to pack and scoot along.
Arrives very carefully wrapped (even each zipper pull has it's own little protective cover) and is full of thoughtful details. Love the built in luggage ID tag engineered for privacy -- tucked in a flat pocket near the top on one side, only the little leather tab to pull it out is visible. But if your luggage was lost, it can be pulled out to reveal as much contact information as you want to provide.
I look forward to using this as my pick up and go travel bag for many years!

Loved the interior compartments and the strong zippers. Unfortunately if the bag is filled and closed the retractable handle does not fully extend. Returned because I loved the suitcase but at 5’9” needed a fully extending handle while also being able to fill the suitcase fully

Seems impossible to return. VERY difficult to find return procedure (45 minutes), no phone contact is available (only recording that you have to use the website), and I am still waiting for a return label after over 2 weeks and numerous requests. The only response I have gotten is that my return request has been received and I am "in the queue. " Still no return label.

I’ve had a travel pro bags before and loved them. All of their current carry one only hold a fraction of the old one.
Additionally, the expansion area is small and almost worthless. Very disappointed!

Bought one for my husband a few months back as he was still using a two wheeler. He loved it so I got another for myself. They are so well co stricter with thoughtful features. Also chose colors that are not black to make them easier to spot in baggage claim as we generally check our bags.
