Disappointed

We just took our first trip using these bags. Although the wheels, zippers, and handle feel nice, the handle does not extend all the way when the suitcase is packed. We have owned many carry-on bags and never had such a problem. Disappointing for the amount of money spent.

Great bag with a few flaws.

Expensive but worth the cost. My few criticisms are that the wheels do not work well on uneven surfaces (unlike the 2-wheel Travelpro models), the bag can be slightly unstable when you stack a heavy bag on top, and the internal organization is not the best. The accessible charger is a great idea and novel feature, but I don't use it very often -- maybe because my phone does not need to be charged multiple times per day.

Great product. Solid construction. Great zippered compartments. 2 inch extension, great. Sturdy spin wheels. Just used my new suitcase for the first time and I know I will really enjoy it! Thank you Travelpro!

This is a beautifully constructed suitcase, and it rolls very nicely. There is not as much interrior room as I would have liked due to the built-in pouches, etc. , which I really didn’t need. I do think it was a little pricey.

I haven't actually used/traveled with the new TravelPro Platinum Elite Carry-On Spinner, so my review will not be comprehensive and I've reserved a star because I don't fully know my level of satisfaction yet. I can say, though, that it's a handsome bag that appears to be well-made. The wheels are smooth and look/feel sturdy; the telescoping handle extends nicely and doesn't wobble (of course, the bag is empty; who knows what it will be like fully packed). The inside looks good, though I can't imagine needing the folding-suit insert; thankfully, it comes out. Same for the clear snap in/out toiletry bag. My main/only complaint so far: I selected the Rich Espresso color, which I expected to be dark/rich brown. It is indeed, dark -- almost black -- so it will still be difficult to distinguish on the carousel full of other black/dark bags. I have high hopes for this suitcase; I've *NEVER* spent anywhere near this amount of money before on a bag. I hope its performance over time and multiple international trips doesn't disappoint.

Good bag but the inside dimensions need to be bigger. I can only pack one extra pair of shoes. My old carry on I could pack two.
