Handle mechanism takes up too much inside space.
Wheels wobble and do not move in a straight path (constantly moving left to right - right to left, etc.).
Front pocket is too small - needs to be length of suitcase.

Great purchase Best roller board

It glides on the spin wheels like no other roller I have had. I really like the garment bag that came included and easily folds inside. Excellent interior and exterior pockets. Lots of space inside. Handle is sturdy with high durability. No problem as carry-on even in small planes.

I purchased this bag because of the great reviews. It has lived up to them. So many clever places to put things. The garment bag that folds is so clever. And light AND strong.
My only difficulty was in removing the backpack that slides into the handle. The handle spreads out at the top and although very comfortable, the backpack is really difficult to remove from it. Maybe the material on the strap will give as I use it. Certainly not a deal breaker. I LOVE THIS!!!!

The quality of the Platinum Elite is outstanding. It rolls through the airport effortlessly and has great storage and pockets with high quality zippers. My favorite bag!

Smaller overfill please and make it slightly longer

Great quality, but I wish they made it just slightly longer so that the overfill fit better in the small jets. I have the hardest time getting it into the overhead bins on smaller jets like American eagle, etc. when it is just slightly full.
