Decent product at a decent price

A/C is lightweight and easy to move around. The color is very elegant compared to other boring white units. The unit is also fairly quiet. My only complaint is that it's not as effective as other brands with the same BTU rating. The unit takes longer to cool a room when compared to a different unit that we have with the same rating. However, it is still effective and I would recommend it to others.

Great Unit Great Service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the LG standalone a/c unit bc my windows were too small to accommodate a window unit. LG stood behind their product 100% when I experienced an issue with it. They replaced the unit after confirmation of purchase and went above and beyond to help me get satisfied. The unit and the service they provided were very commendable. I will purchase my washer and other appliances from LG now.
