for our purchase of a new portable and dependable air conditioner. Being seniors in Hawaii when our Kona Winds stop we melt. Hubby
in frail health and in
need of heat relief.
Family member assessed our plight , did research , decided
on your highly rated
conditioner. Easy to
move by himself and
install and turn on.
Easy Peasy and we felt instant relief.

SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!

Used this unit for 3 summers on my 3rd floor and this year does not cool. Fan comes on but at is NOT cold. This is a total bummer! It cost more to fix it than to just buy another unit. Which is NOT going to happen especially since this one barely lasted for the money that was laid out. Totally disappointed.

I brought this unit 14 months ago and it makes a loud noise when starts up, i called on two occasions to complain, Iam sure it will stop working soon, three years ago I brough the same unit, after two years I had to put the unit in the trash can. I WILL BUY NO MORE.

Great performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the new unit to replace the old portable lg ac that lasted about 7 years so far very impressed by the performance of the new unit. cools medium size room in no time and easily keeps the room at the desired temperature when outside reaches over 90 degrees. Hope it lasts as long as the old one did .

Easy installation

Purchased to replace an older product as I am a senior I felt it would be an easier installation. It was easy to install and ran good for 2 weeks, after that the air conditioner would not turn on only the blower feature.. It was reset but with no positive result. I have not returned it only because of the hassle it would be. I was very disappointed as I have had 2 other LG air conditioners that run perfectly even they are older. Needless to say I am not happy that I purchased this product. I would not recommend this product.

Terrible air conditioner have had for 2 weeks and spent a small fortune on the thing just for it not to cool after 2 weeks! Would not recommend this product at all!
