Not sufficient cooling as advertised

Efficient coolness

I bought recently replacing my previous a/c(Toshiba). Very impressed with the performance and love the color of my new LG. I have changed all my appliances this year to LG and Iam pleasantly pleased.

Not cooling

We used it for the first time and it’s not blowing cool air. It will start blowing cool air but within 5 mins, it’s blowing hot air into the room under the Cool Mode. We adjusted the temperature several times but it’s not helping.

Very Good air conditioner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently bought the LG portable A/C and am very satisfied.
It does what it is advertised to do.
Cools the house quickly and very quietly.
Control panel is easily understandable and works with out having to consult book.
What was particularly gratifying was that the window apparatus holding the hose was broken when it arrived. I called LG, they apologized for the problem and immediately sent out a new one. It arrived today. Was able to gorilla tape the broken one and make it work until the new one arrived.
They certainly back their product. Customer service is very good.

LG Coming like No other #NoCap!!!

I bought this portable AC about a month and ½ ago. I give a top tier Rating #NoCap. I never thought LG would ever come like THIS!!! Meaning.... staying on top of The Appli/Tech World. My Fav Feat is how you can operate your AC away from Home. The App + WiFi feature is some 💯 grand (Max Headroom), into the future, Udigg. #Omm. I like... I like.
