Wouldn't buy a different lock

We're an Airbnb property management company in Boise and use Schlage exclusively for their reliability, ease of installation, connectivity with our management software interface. Guests love them for their security!

Solid door lock but trouble with the app

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The lock itself works great and actually prevented a break in attempt at my apartment just last week. The auto lock feature is really helpful because I know my door will always be locked which gives a lot of piece of mind. The WiFi feature and updating the software has not worked on my phone and has been a struggle to get to work in the last few days, I wish it were more clear why the update is failing and why my internet won’t connect. One improvement I would like would be to remotely turn off the keypad based on a schedule for when I travel for work or am out of town.

Great, can be improved

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I appreciate that all family members can use the lock without needing a key. I have issues with the battery. The app always shows 94%, so it’s hard to know when to replace the batteries until it’s too late and you’re locked out. Maybe the beep should be a different tone or pattern when the battery gets below 20%, along with the app should have a better read on battery life.

Simple and easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the second house I've put this lock on and I'm just as pleased with this as the first place input one on. They're easy to install, easy to use, and easy to connect to whether I'm at home or away. At my last place I installed one for security when I was away from home and in an emergency we had it really paid off to be able to unlock that from long distance. The app on my cell phone is super easy to use to lock/ unlock or assign either one use or longtime codes for people I want to be able to enter the house.
