[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was very very easy to install, the instructions were a video showing me exactly what to do. but there’s still a bit of “oh yeah, i know what im doing, im barelling right in” type of confidence needed. im a vet with ptsd, i needed something i could rely on. this is it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Using the app is easy and setting it up with Bluetooth but it won’t connect to WiFi. I have not yet called for support.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did have issues with my first lock, but got a warranty replacement and it works great. I have it synced with my property management system to allow my rental guess access. It is a game changer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installation was fairly easy however the back cover was not easy to match up to the battery part of the lock. I appreciate the security of the lock and ability to see who opens the door. It connected to my internet; however I had to create a new internet to make it 3 ghz.
