[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This came included with our new home and it works great manually/electronically or connected to WiFi. This lock also links to your ring doorbell/alarm system, which is awesome!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The support was good. The lock had some initial issues which were resolved. Some improvements like battery life which drains fast can be upgraded. Have to see how it performs in the long run.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this a few weeks ago, love that all 4 of us has a code and I can keep track who goes in and out.
Warning: make sure app is downloaded FIRST and access codes are entered. Do not attempt to manually enter codes before downloading app. Once another number is put it as access code in app, it will delete what was just manually entered and will lock you out!
