It just works!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I know, that sounds like faint praise but it’s not…especially with “smart” locks. I went through a few smart locks that are finicky to set up, require constant fiddling with the app, WiFi, battery and even the lock barrel. With the Engage, install was relatively straightforward, app setup was quick and painless. Once connected it has been rock solid. No resets, no need to reconnect the WiFi, no deleting/restarting the app. It just works. It allows assigning of PINs, logs use, alerts of use…every time all the time. It does what it says it does. That’s all anyone can ask for but surprisingly it’s not always what you get, except with the Engage you do.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Satisfying and convenient

With this, my older children can go outside and lock the door behind them, and my youngest child stays inside. The convenience and fun factor helps them remember to lock up, and the alerts on my phone give an added layer of assurance that I know everyone is safe.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only thing I don't like is how you activate the light on the number pad. If you touch a number by mistake trying to get the light on to see the numbers it will count that as one of the code numbers. You should have dedicated button like on my old Schlage programable lock.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Integrated perfectly with AirBnB and makes guest access a breeze no more sending codes or changing access it makes the entire process easier and more professional.
Added bonus is the log created works if there's ever a conflict about access, as recently we've had guests try and lie about checking in and out when they were supposed to.

I love it and when the mechanics malfunctioned because the deadbolt not having enough clearance to go into the slot, we bought another. It makes it easy to not give keys to teens and for giving a special code helping with our dog when we are away
