New features are great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have one of these on my house in the north, we just bought a 2nd house in the south and we just had to have another. After a bit of wi-fi set-up issues it's works like a charm and so much easier to program the codes that my other one. Much better, big improvements!

Easy install - connectivity issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installation of this deadbolt system was very simple. Maybe 30 minutes max to remove old deadbolt and install and activate the new one. I’ve been having trouble, however, using the app to unlock my door. It says that the lock is unreachable. And so I make several attempts at unlocking with my code (the touchpad isn’t very responsive) and then eventually it just unlocks for me. I’m guessing it’s completely out of pity?!?!? 😂
