Design flaw

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this lock, however after a few months of using it the batteries would seem to just be dead, so I would replace the batteries and it would work for a while, then suddenly it would stop working and locked me out of the house. It took a while to figure out but the battery pack does not always reach the connectors, so you need to shim a thin piece of cardboard in there to make it work.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy install, easy set-up, sleek look

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a door replacement that didn’t previously have a deadbolt. We decided to go with a WiFi deadbolt for ease of access with our daughter and family. This was super easy to install, and setting up the app and codes was super easy, too. The lock looks super sleek on the door and color we chose. We’d seriously think about adding this same lock to other doors.
