So Far So Good With A Few Quirks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lock was easy to install following included instructions. The app is straightforward and adding/deleting users is simple. It was also easy to connect to the Alexa app and to set up use with a smart speaker.
The reasons for 4 stars:
-The thumb turn is loose. In the locked/unlocked positions you can jiggle it. Photos attached show how far the thumb turn can go to the left/right when it’s unlocked. According to the FAQs this is normal and there’s no fix.
-The notification option in the app is very basic. The only options are to be notified when door is locked/unlocked. It would be nice if you could specify what users or type of lock/unlock to receive notifications for. I don’t need a notification if I use my code to unlock it or if the thumb turn is used because.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very convenient and relatively easy to install. It has a very nice look about it. I do enjoy showing it off. However my touch screen stopped working after about 4 years.
