[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are great. Have three of them for out short term rentals. Automatically syncs with Airbnb. I wish VRBO would catch up. Battery and connectivity are far superior to the Kwickset locks we had.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using this smart lock for a few weeks now, and it has completely exceeded my expectations. Installation was surprisingly easy, and the app setup only took a few minutes. I love being able to lock and unlock my door from my phone, especially when family or deliveries arrive while I’m away.

Novel idea but lacks power

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This lock came with the purchase of our new home in July of 2020. It was a novelty at first, but with a family of 5 and going in and out constantly, being battery operated became a nuisance. When the batteries run low, the lock jambs and becomes difficult to open with a key. For our children who don't have keys to the home, the lock is unreliable unless a constant eye needs to be kept on the battery level. I would give the lock 5 stars if it could be used with a constant power supply and batteries as a backup contingency only and not the main power source.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
