Works great until it doesnt

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have two of these devices, one works great, but the other one broke within a week of installation. Support has been working with us to resolve the issue, but it is unfortunate that a new product has a mechanical failure so quickly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fast Install, Quality Fit, Convenient for the whole family, each with the own unique access code. Makes the door look 20 years newer. Replaced a 12 year old pushbutton Shlage lock still worked great, just time for an upgrade

We particularly love the ability to control access and the alerts we receive when the door is opened or locked. Installation was as simple as the instructions stated. We were especially happy to have been able to pick the type of locking mechanism that perfectly complemented the facade of our home and door style.
