[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just installed the keypad deadbolt (BE365 V). Really easy to install and program your personal combo.
Very well built , not cheap lightweight metal, but heavy parts for real security.

The only real thing that might annoy someone, is how the key is used to open the deadbolt in case of an internal failure or dead battery.
It works, but I think it can be modified to be more user friendly.

Easy install, solid construction

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a straight forward hardware replacement for a rental unit. Great to be able to change codes between renters and no hassle with keys. Instructions and install were easy to follow and get done.

Use words (not just pictures) for installation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Picture instructions with few words were difficult to follow. Plastic piece with the wire broke way too easily. Lock code didn’t work, but we gave up for the night and will try again in the morning.

Convenient and Secure Lock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This lock was easy to install since we were replacing a similar Schlage lock. After a few years the lock slips. I fixed the slip but the wire shorted a few days later so I replaced it with the BE365. This is our third Schlage in 7 years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The installation directions for Model Be365 were a bit misleading. Needed to YouTube a video, which helped immensely. After installation with those directions, the lock worked wonderfully.

Faulty battery replacement design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had to replace after changing the battery due to the faulty design with the 9V connector. Lock works but apparently only until you need a new battery because there is no way to replace without damaging the connector which then “breaks” the lock.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
