Easy to use but doesnt last

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just installed my third of this model in 9 years. It seems the first one lasted five years and the last 4 years so i dont expect too much more from this third one. The springs inside go and knob basically spins. If you would like to repair these two in picture id be happy to send to you. I feel a product like this should ladt ten years minimum.

Wishing it would last longer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our third lock in five years. We love the operation and the look in simplicity of this lock for our front door. But after a year and a half or so it gets to where it doesn’t spin and engage the lock. This morning, I had to leave my house unlocked and run out and get a new one to put on after work today. It says it has a lifetime warranty, but there’s nowhere that I can find any information on how to get that warranty satisfied. If you’re just starting out and have the time I’d select another lock besides this one!

They're great when they're working correctly!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I want to love these locks because when they work correctly they are great and very convenient! But I probably had about six fail on my house and our vacation home over the last few years. They do honor their warranty but not quickly.
